TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Harry Brightmore Rowing Consulting. By engaging in any coaching services provided by us, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Harry Brightmore offers professional coaching and consultancy services to individuals and organizations. These services include but are not limited to one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, public speaking, rowing coaching and strategic consulting.
2. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process, but all decisions, actions, and results are the sole responsibility of the Client. By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that:

The Coach does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

The Client is fully responsible for their own progress, decisions, and actions during and after coaching sessions.

The Coach is not liable for any losses, damages, or perceived failures resulting from coaching advice or guidance.
Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice from legal, medical, financial, or mental health professionals. Always seek the appropriate help when needed.
3. Session Bookings & Scheduling
Sessions can be booked in one of the following ways:

Directly through our website

During a live consultation or coaching session
All sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed via email or calendar invite. Time zones will be confirmed at the time of booking to avoid any confusion.

All sessions will be conducted online via video call unless agreed upon beforehand. Please see point 5: "Travel" for more information.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, bank transfer.

For package deals, full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is arranged.
5. Travel

For in-person workshops and consultations, travel costs to your club are not included in the service price.

These will be quoted on an individual basis, and will be payable by The Client with their invoice for the service.

Travel is only available for certain services, and must be agreed to prior to commencement of a service. If there is no prior agreement, the service will be conducted via online conference call.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.

Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or late cancellations.

For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period but are non-refundable.
8. Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except where required by law. This includes personal, professional, and business-related information discussed during sessions.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials shared during sessions or workshops remain the intellectual property of Harry Brightmore and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Results Disclaimer
While coaching can be transformative, results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own effort, commitment, and follow-through.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed upon.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By engaging in coaching services with Harry Brightmore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full or deducted from your prepaid package.

Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is subject to availability but still may incur a late cancellation fee.
No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and haven’t given prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.
Recurring Sessions or Packages

If you’re on a recurring plan or package, the same cancellation terms apply to each session.

Refunds are not provided for unused sessions in a package, but with advance notice, sessions can be rescheduled.
Emergency Cancellations

We get it—emergencies happen. In rare and legitimate circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
